Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
